Website and service terms

Clear expectations protect the scholar and the work.

These terms govern use of this website and, together with an accepted quotation and service schedule, a PhD Forward engagement.

Effective 20 July 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Provider and acceptance

“Aristocrat Research”, “PhD Forward”, “we” and “us” refer to the research-services unit of Aristocrat IT Solutions Private Limited. By using the website you accept these website terms. A paid engagement begins only when the quotation or service schedule is accepted and the required milestone payment is confirmed.

2. Eligibility and service language

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or above. Delivery is in English. Support may cover science, technology, engineering, management, arts, humanities and English literature when a suitable specialist is available. Vernacular-language delivery is excluded unless expressly accepted in writing.

3. Nature of support

Services may include diagnosis, research-direction support, methodology review, legitimate data or laboratory coordination, statistical analysis, developmental editing, thesis architecture, citation and formatting review, manuscript-readiness support, journal verification, submission administration, reviewer-response support, scholarly books or chapters and viva preparation. The exact deliverables are only those stated in the accepted schedule.

4. Academic integrity

The scholar remains the author, owner of academic decisions and person responsible for institutional disclosure and compliance. We do not provide purchased authorship, fake peer review, predatory-journal placement, falsified evidence, disguised synthetic data, impersonation or guaranteed academic outcomes. We may suspend or end work where instructions would breach law, policy, research ethics or publisher requirements.

5. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate requirements, authentic source material and applicable university or journal rules.
  • Disclose deadlines, prior submissions, retractions, disputes and restrictions relevant to the work.
  • Review every deliverable, verify factual and domain accuracy and obtain supervisor or institutional approval.
  • Maintain lawful authority for personal, patient, institutional, laboratory and third-party data.
  • Respond within agreed review windows and use only the designated communication and file-transfer routes.

6. Timelines and revisions

Any 15-day or 30-day reference is a diagnostic target, not a universal promise. Timelines begin only after payment and all usable inputs are received. Revisions are limited to the accepted scope. Up to seven review rounds within six months applies only where expressly written in the service schedule; new objectives, data, guidelines or reviewer decisions may require a new milestone.

7. Fees, tax and payment

Pricing is quotation-only. Fees may be fixed or milestone-based and may be paid through an authorised invoice link, Razorpay, PayPal or bank transfer. Applicable GST, bank or currency charges will be shown where required. Never pay an individual or an unverified account claiming to represent us.

8. Cancellation, cure and refunds

Because work is customised and specialist capacity is reserved, amounts attributable to work already performed, committed third-party costs or a commenced milestone are generally non-refundable. If an agreed deliverable materially misses its written scope, notify us promptly and allow a reasonable cure or rework. Any refund required by applicable consumer law, payment-provider rule or a written settlement remains unaffected.

9. Outcomes and limitation

Universities, supervisors, examiners, editors, reviewers, publishers and index providers act independently. We do not guarantee acceptance, indexing, publication date, thesis approval, viva result, degree award, promotion or income. We are responsible for the agreed support deliverable, not an independent decision-maker’s outcome.

10. Intellectual property

You retain rights in material you lawfully supply and in your academic work, subject to third-party rights and institutional policy. We retain our pre-existing methods, templates, checklists and operational know-how. On full payment, engagement-specific deliverables may be used for the stated academic purpose. No public portfolio use is permitted without separate written consent.

11. Confidentiality and data

Our Confidentiality Standard and Privacy Notice form part of these terms. A separate NDA may be signed where the risk profile justifies it.

12. Introductions and conflicts

A professor, consultant or other introducer may receive a referral fee only under a lawful written arrangement. The relationship must not influence supervision, examination, procurement or any academic decision and must be disclosed where institutional rules, professional duties or law require it. We will not participate in an undisclosed conflict of interest.

13. Complaints and disputes

Raise a concern first through support@aristocratresearch.com so the delivery team can investigate and propose cure. The parties will attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Indian law applies and courts with competent jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction.
